Kerstin is an executive coach whose background includes extensive C-Suite experience and board collaboration across multiple industries in all sectors from privately held to listed companies including international organizations.

This combined with her Global Executive MBA and first-hand experience as an Expat in different countries equips her to guide senior leaders through complex issues with strategic clarity and authentic presence for impactful, sustainable results. She offers her services in person, remotely or as a hybrid set-up.
